We will work together with you to scope out your project, as timelines will depend on the complexity involved. Due to our proprietary development technology, we expect to be significantly faster than other development agencies. We expect most MVP buildouts to take 2-4 weeks with our eventual goal of 1 day.

We have no contractors. Our entire development team are 10x engineers who collectively have three decades of experience building at some of the top tech companies in the world. We consider ourselves entrepreneurs and have all built businesses before, so we feel qualified to be your thought partner for your own idea.

Furthermore, we have built battle-tested proprietary technologies and templates to speed up the development process, and extensively leverage generative AI. We're fast learners and are already ahead of the curve in adopting AI in our work.

Ultimately, we aren't your normal dev agency. We want to be your fractional CTO as you build out your idea to venture scale. We're also trying to build our own business to venture levels, so we're confident in our ability to support you side-by-side along our journeys.

Currently, we don't issue refunds and haven't had any issues with our existing customers. Our process involves scoping out the project to the exact deliverables and milestones, so we're able to show you results and get your approval before proceeding to the next step. We pride ourselves in being transparent, open communicators, and ultimately want you to feel in control of your own project.

Our process is simple. We will start with a 30-min intro call. This is an opportunity to speak candidly about the business and what the aims of the project should be. If it sounds like a good fit, we will ask you to fill in our project specifications form. It's important to fill this form with as much detail as possible as it will be fed into our generative AI models.

We will then get back to you with a completed scoping document, quote, and timeline. If you're keen to proceed, we'll finalize details, take a deposit, and be off to the races!

Once you have validated that the project is completed, you will have full access to your codebase. If you'd like us to continue building more features, we would love to partner with you under a fractional-CTO model, but that's ultimately up to you. We do offer hosting and maintenance services if you just want your website to be online hassle-free.

Our frontend is written in ReactJS and Tailwind CSS. Our backend is written in Python and leverages Google's Firebase for backend cloud computing services. We chose Python because of the extensive APIs and open-source tools available (especially those related to AI). For parallelization, we leverage cloud functions in Firebase which are able to scale across Google's compute infrastructure. The nice part about Firebase is the costs scale alongside your business so it's free to start with and will likely remain free as you validate your idea.

Of course, our engineers are experienced in many other tech stacks so if there's a bespoke request that needs something else, please don't hesitate to ask. We also have a suite of popular APIs (Stripe, Twilio, etc.) already integrated for your use.

While our web apps are optimized for mobile and tablet screens, we do not build mobile apps at the moment. This is on our roadmap and you can expect us to bring this same automation and AI focus there. We expect in the not so distant future to be be one of the fastest and most reliable iOS and Android developers too.

We want to be clear that your web app is entirely human generated and tested. AI is just the sprinkle on top that speeds up our workflow. We combine it with pre-built and vetted systems, templates, and custom tools that speed up our development. By doing so, we're able to achieve the best of both worlds -- reliability and speed.

AI generated solutions alone are prone to hallucination and are unable to achieve the complexity required by modern businesses. Development agencies can be more bespoke but the code quality varies, the timelines are long, the project guidelines are rigid, and it can be very costly.
